Arm Chest Stretch

  1. Stand close to a wall with your arm extended to the rear and parallel to the ground.
  2. Place your open hand on the wall and then turn your shoulders and body away from your outstretched arm
  3. Hold the stretch position for a minimum of 20 seconds and then repeat with the opposite arm
  4. For variation bend your elbow to 90 degrees
